# What is Crossbow?

> Private vaults on Robinhood Chain, operated by an autonomous agent.

Crossbow runs **concentrated-liquidity strategies** on Robinhood Chain inside a **private vault that belongs to you**.

You choose a strategy. An autonomous agent aims your capital at liquidity ranges, tracks them as price moves, harvests rewards, and rotates venues when yield migrates. You can see everything it does and exit at any time.

## Three things that make it different

<Steps>
  <Step title="Private, not pooled">One vault per depositor. Your capital never mixes with anyone else's, and nobody else's exit can touch your position.</Step>
  <Step title="Operated, not held">The agent has exactly one power: to run the strategy. It cannot move funds anywhere but back to you. See [what the agent can and cannot do](/vault/what-the-agent-can-and-cannot-do).</Step>
  <Step title="Exitable, always">Leave at any time. Fees are charged only on realised profit, at the exit — nothing up front, nothing on principal. See [Fees](/fees/overview).</Step>
</Steps>

<Note>Crossbow is not a pool you deposit into. It is a vault deployed *for you*, running rules you can read.</Note>
